- Accounts consuming excessive CPU cycles, bandwidth, or memory may be subject to new terms or service upgrades to maintain server stability and fairness.
2.7. Service Availability
While AmazingRDP strives to maintain a 99.95% uptime, this cannot be fully guaranteed. Periodic maintenance, updates, or system upgrades may temporarily affect service availability. Such activities are considered a normal part of operational maintenance.
2.8. Conduct Toward Staff
AmazingRDP maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior directed at its staff. Any client found engaging in such conduct may have their account terminated immediately without refund.
3. Unsolicited commercial e-mail/Unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM)
3.1. Prohibition on Unsolicited Communications
Use of any AmazingRDP Service to transmit, relay, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or unsolicited bulk email (UBE)—commonly known as spam—is strictly prohibited. Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.
3.2. Investigation and Enforcement
Upon receipt of a complaint or notification of an alleged violation, AmazingRDP will initiate a formal investigation. During this process, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict the customer’s network access to prevent further violations.
If it is determined that a customer has violated this policy, AmazingRDP, at its sole discretion, may:

3.4. Zero Tolerance for Newsgroup and Mailing List Abuse

Only commercial messages that are explicitly permitted under those rules or are solicited by the recipients are allowed.
3.5. Prohibition on Open Relays and Anonymous Mail Services
Hosting or operating publicly accessible open relay SMTP servers, anonymous remailers, or any similar service for the purpose of concealing message origin or enabling bulk email distribution is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
4. Bandwidth
4.1. Monitoring and Notification
All hosting accounts are subject to bandwidth limitations as defined by the specific plan purchased. AmazingRDP actively monitors bandwidth usage to ensure network stability and fair resource allocation.
If a customer’s account exceeds its allocated bandwidth limit, AmazingRDP will notify the customer of the overage.
4.2. Exceeding Bandwidth Limits
If the customer continues to exceed the assigned limit and chooses not to purchase additional bandwidth or upgrade their hosting plan, AmazingRDP reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until one of the following occurs:
- The customer takes corrective measures to reduce bandwidth usage; or
- The customer upgrades to a plan that accommodates higher bandwidth needs.
4.3. Account Reactivation
Suspended accounts due to bandwidth overages will be reactivated at the start of the next billing cycle, or earlier if the customer upgrades or resolves the issue to remain within the assigned limit.
5. VPS Rules
5.1. Control Panel Recommendation
AmazingRDP strongly recommends the use of a control panel to efficiently manage and operate Virtual Private Servers (VPS). A control panel provides an interface for handling configuration, administration, and maintenance tasks.
5.2. Customer Responsibility for Plain VPS Accounts
Customers who purchase a plain VPS (without a preinstalled control panel) are solely responsible for performing all server configuration and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Setting up and managing DNS records;
- Creating and maintaining user and email accounts;
- Configuring security, databases, and applications; and
- Managing other system-level settings or services.
5.3. Support Limitations
The AmazingRDP Support Team is not responsible for configuring or managing customer-owned VPS instances without a control panel. Assistance for such configurations falls outside the scope of standard support services.
6. Commercial Advertising- Email (SPAM)/UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL (UCE)
6.1. Prohibition on Spamming and Unsolicited Emails
The transmission of spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or bulk messages through AmazingRDP’s servers, or from email addresses managed or hosted by AmazingRDP, is strictly prohibited. Any account found engaging in such activities will be immediately deactivated without refund.
AmazingRDP shall be the sole authority in determining whether a particular activity constitutes a violation of this provision.
6.2. Outgoing Email Limits
To maintain optimal server performance and prevent abuse, AmazingRDP enforces specific limits on the number of outgoing emails that may be sent per domain per hour. These limits vary depending on the hosting plan:
| Service Type | Maximum Outgoing Emails per Hour |
|---|---|
| Shared Hosting Accounts | 100 emails |
| Reseller Accounts | 25 emails |
| VPS / Cloud Servers | 1,000 emails |
| Dedicated Servers | 3,000 emails |
These figures represent upper thresholds. Lower-tier plans may have reduced limits as defined by their individual service specifications.
6.3. Email Delivery Disclaimer
AmazingRDP does not guarantee inbox email delivery under any hosting plan. Factors such as recipient mail server configurations, third-party spam filters, and sender reputation are beyond our control and may affect deliverability.
7. Backup Policy
7.1. Customer Responsibility for Data
Use of AmazingRDP’s Services is entirely at the customer’s own risk. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all User Content, including files, databases, configurations, and emails, to ensure availability and recovery when needed.
AmazingRDP does not guarantee or warrant that any Account or User Content will be backed up. By using our Services, you expressly acknowledge and accept the risk of data loss, including total loss of content, regardless of cause. Under no circumstances shall AmazingRDP be held liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data.
7.2. Backup Services for Shared and Reseller Hosting Clients
Clients who have subscribed to a paid backup service under shared or reseller hosting plans are provided with limited data backups as follows:
- Database Backups: Performed daily with a 7-day retention period.
- Website Files: Backed up weekly with a 1-day retention period.
Backups maintained by AmazingRDP are limited in scope and do not include emails or media files. These backups are intended solely for disaster recovery and should not be relied upon as the customer’s primary data protection mechanism.
7.3. Use of cPanel Backup Manager
Customers using the cPanel Backup Manager tool are responsible for downloading and storing their backups off-server. All backup files stored on the hosting server are automatically deleted every Sunday without prior notice.
Customers are strictly prohibited from using hosting space as storage for backup files. Accounts found using disk space for storing local backups may face suspension or removal of stored data without prior notification.
8. Domain Payments
8.1. Domain Registration
All domain registrations processed through AmazingRDP are final and non-refundable once the registration has been successfully completed. Customers are advised to verify all details, including spelling and extension, prior to finalizing a domain purchase.
8.2. Domain Infringement and Trademark Compliance
Customers are strictly prohibited from registering domain names that infringe upon existing trademarks, brands, or intellectual property rights. Registering a domain name that is confusingly similar to a registered trademark or brand—particularly those engaged in similar goods or services—constitutes trademark infringement and may result in legal action.
Examples of prohibited domain names include, but are not limited to:
-
flipkartsale.in -
bajajfinancecs.com -
adtyabrlafnanc.co.in
Customers found engaging in such practices shall bear full legal responsibility for any resulting claims, damages, or proceedings.
8.3. Domain Renewal
AmazingRDP will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of upcoming domain expirations approximately one month prior to the renewal date. However, customers are solely responsible for ensuring timely renewal of their domains.
AmazingRDP shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in domain renewal due to non-payment, customer inaction, or missed communications. Once a domain has been renewed, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
9. Unlimited Hosting
9.1. Definition of “Unlimited”
The term “Unlimited” Disk Space, Bandwidth, or Website Plans means that AmazingRDP does not impose a fixed limit on the amount of bandwidth, storage, or number of websites a customer may use during normal operation of a personal or small business website, provided that such use complies fully with this Agreement.
However, if your service usage or hosted content poses a risk to the stability, performance, or uptime of AmazingRDP’s servers, network, or infrastructure, AmazingRDP reserves the right to:
- Require you to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated Server, or
- Restrict the resources your website is consuming to preserve overall system integrity.
9.2. What “Unlimited” Does Not Mean
AmazingRDP’s “Unlimited” hosting offering is subject to fair-use principles and is not intended for misuse or resource abuse.
The “Unlimited” model is designed to support typical small and medium-sized business websites, not large-scale or enterprise-level applications. Because shared hosting environments operate with multiple subscribers sharing the same server resources, excessive consumption by one customer can adversely affect others.
Accordingly:
- The service may not be used for high-demand or atypical applications such as bulk media hosting, file distribution, or intensive data operations.
- AmazingRDP employs automated safeguards and monitoring tools to detect and prevent such excessive or abusive use.
- When appropriate, AmazingRDP will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide additional resources, such as migrating compliant customers to newer or larger servers.
- Accounts found to be consuming disproportionate resources may be temporarily limited or reviewed for potential upgrade.
9.3. Unlimited Hosting Space and Database Usage
While AmazingRDP does not impose arbitrary limits on disk space or storage used for legitimate website hosting, the following conditions apply:
- Hosting accounts are intended for website files only and not for use as general online storage, file sharing, or backup repositories.
- Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):
- Storage or streaming of videos, audio, images, or executable files
- Backup or archival storage (including server backups, logs, or personal files)
- File-sharing, torrenting, peer-to-peer activity, or game hosting
- Use as a testing or development environment
- Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without notice.
Database Limitations:
- Each individual database must not exceed 1 GB in size.
- Accounts with databases larger than 1 GB may be required to reduce database size or risk account suspension.
- Multiple databases are permitted provided that each individual database remains within the 1 GB limit.
9.4. Unlimited Bandwidth and File Transfers
AmazingRDP does not restrict the volume of legitimate visitor traffic or content uploads in a given month. However, to ensure network performance for all customers:
- Processor time, bandwidth, concurrent processes, and memory usage may be limited if your account negatively impacts other subscribers.
- Bandwidth use must remain within reasonable and lawful operational limits as defined in this Agreement.
9.5. Unacceptable Resource Usage
The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute violations of this policy:
- Running cron jobs at intervals of less than 15 minutes.
- Executing MySQL queries lasting longer than 30 seconds.
- Using 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds at a time (including via CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, or HTTP processes).
- Exceeding 5 GB per individual mailbox or 50 GB total mailbox storage per domain.
These limits apply to WordPress Hosting, Business Hosting, and all Linux and Windows Shared Hosting Plans, including Reseller Accounts.
9.6. Policy Scope
The “Unlimited” usage policies and definitions outlined above apply only to Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting accounts. Other hosting environments (such as VPS, Dedicated, or Cloud Servers) are governed by their respective resource and usage limits.
10. Permitted CPU and Disk Usage
10.1. Permitted Use of Server Space
Disk space provided under Shared Hosting plans is intended solely for hosting website-related files and content necessary to operate the customer’s website. This includes HTML, CSS, scripts, databases, and other web-related data essential for normal site functionality.
Use of shared hosting space for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited:
- Media or file storage unrelated to the hosted website (including videos, music, or images not displayed on the site)
- Archiving or storing electronic files, software installers, or downloadable content
- Saving website backups on the server
- Using the hosting account as an FTP repository or remote storage service
- Hosting content or files for demonstration, testing, or distribution purposes
10.2. Account Monitoring and Enforcement
AmazingRDP reserves the right to monitor, audit, and inspect any shared hosting account for compliance with this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This includes review of disk space, CPU, memory, and other system resource utilization.
If an account is found to be in violation of these Terms or consuming resources in a manner detrimental to server performance, AmazingRDP may, at its sole discretion:
- Restrict or suspend the account,
- Remove or delete non-compliant files or data, or
- Terminate access to the Services without prior notice.
10.3. VPS and Dedicated Server Resource Usage
For VPS and Dedicated Server customers, usage limits are determined by the specific amount of CPU, memory, disk space, and bandwidth resources allocated under the purchased plan. Customers are responsible for managing their assigned resources within these limits.
11. Reseller Terms and Client Responsibility
11.1. Restrictions on Shared Hosting Accounts
Use of a Shared Hosting account to resell or offer web hosting services to third parties is strictly prohibited. Customers who wish to resell hosting services must purchase a valid Reseller Hosting Plan.
11.2. Reseller Responsibilities
Resellers must ensure that all of their clients comply fully with this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Resellers are entirely responsible for:
- Providing customer service, billing, and technical support to their own clients.
- Managing and maintaining all content hosted under their reseller account.
- Ensuring that no client engages in activity that violates applicable laws or this Agreement.
AmazingRDP does not provide direct technical or customer support to end users of reseller accounts. Any issues or requests from reseller clients must be submitted by the reseller on their behalf.
11.3. Liability and Indemnification
Resellers are solely responsible for all actions and content associated with their clients’ accounts. AmazingRDP reserves the right to hold resellers liable for any violation of this Agreement or for unlawful activity originating from their client’s account.
The Company shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, or misconduct of resellers or their clients. Each reseller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AmazingRDP against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from actions or omissions of the reseller or their clients.
11.4. Plan Modifications
AmazingRDP reserves the right to modify, review, or update its Reseller Hosting Plans at any time. Any such changes shall take effect immediately upon public posting or at a later date designated by the Company.
12. The Company as Reseller or Sublicensor
12.1. Use of Third-Party Services and Products
AmazingRDP may utilize or provide access to certain third-party services, hardware, software, or equipment, either as a reseller or sublicensor. These third-party components (“Resold Products”) are integrated to enhance or support the delivery of our Services.
12.2. Limitation of Liability for Modifications and Compatibility
AmazingRDP shall not be held liable for any modifications, updates, or changes made to the Services that may cause any Resold Product to become outdated or incompatible, including enhancements or adjustments that affect its functionality, output, or performance.
12.3. No Warranty for Resold Products
Any malfunction, failure, or defect in a Resold Product—whether sold, sublicensed, or provided to you as part of our Services—shall not be considered a breach of AmazingRDP’s obligations under this Agreement. Such issues remain the responsibility of the original manufacturer or provider of the Resold Product.
12.4. Rights and Limitations
Your rights concerning ownership, licensing, performance, or infringement claims related to any Resold Product are limited solely to those rights expressly granted by the original manufacturer or vendor. AmazingRDP makes no independent warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding such products.
12.5. Permitted Use
You are authorized to use any Resold Product provided by AmazingRDP only in connection with, and as part of, your authorized use of the Services under this Agreement.
12.6. Prohibited Actions
You are strictly prohibited from cloning, altering, reverse-engineering, tampering with, or using any Resold Product for purposes unrelated to the Services. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of Services.
13. Uptime Guarantee
13.1. Scheduled Maintenance and Downtime
Any temporary service interruptions or downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance performed by AmazingRDP or its network providers shall not be counted toward any uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued stability, performance, and security of our infrastructure.
13.2. Third-Party Service Failures
AmazingRDP shall not be held liable for any interruption, degradation, or failure in service caused by the malfunction or unavailability of third-party services, including but not limited to network carriers, data center providers, software vendors, or other external systems.
13.3. Force Majeure
AmazingRDP shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of governmental authorities or regulatory agencies;
- War, terrorism, or insurrection;
- Sabotage or embargo;
- Fire, flood, natural disaster, or other acts of God;
- Strikes, labor disputes, or other industrial disturbances;
- Interruptions or delays in transportation or supply chains;
- Unavailability or interruption of telecommunications, internet connectivity, or DNS propagation;
- Failures of third-party software, hardware, or hosting infrastructure; or
- Shortages of raw materials, power, or essential equipment required to provide the Services.
In such cases, AmazingRDP’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the delay, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or inconvenience.
14. Account Security and Company Systems
14.1. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account and for ensuring that it is not misused. It is your duty to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account, including safeguarding your login credentials and personal information.
Your password provides direct access to your account; therefore, you must maintain its confidentiality. Sharing login credentials or granting access to unauthorized users is strongly discouraged, and you will be held fully responsible for any actions taken through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
14.2. Unauthorized Access and Security Breach Prevention
You may not use your account to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, system, or network, nor may you engage in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of another user’s account or AmazingRDP’s systems.
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to obtain another user’s credentials or login information.
- Circumventing authentication systems or security controls.
- Accessing or attempting to access data not intended for you.
- Using or distributing tools designed for security breaches, such as password-cracking utilities, network scanners, or probing tools.
Violations of system or network security may result in immediate account termination and could expose you to civil or criminal liability. AmazingRDP will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating such offenses.
14.3. Denial-of-Service (DoS) and Network Interference
You may not interfere with or disrupt any network, system, or user by means of a Denial-of-Service (DoS) attack or any similar action, including but not limited to:
- Flooding or overloading network resources;
- Deliberately degrading or interrupting another service;
- Attempting to crash a host or cause instability.
Such behavior constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.
14.4. Application and Directory Security
You are responsible for ensuring that all programs, scripts, and web applications installed under your hosting account are secure and properly configured. Directory permissions must be set appropriately—ideally 755 or more restrictive—to prevent unauthorized access.
Use of strong, secure passwords is mandatory. If your password is found to be weak during a security audit, you will be notified and required to update it. Failure to comply may result in suspension of your account until the issue is corrected.
14.5. Monitoring and Authorized Use
All Services, including related equipment, networks, and systems, are provided solely for authorized customer use. AmazingRDP reserves the right—but is not obligated—to monitor system activity for the following purposes:
- Verifying authorized use;
- Ensuring network and data integrity;
- Preventing or detecting unauthorized access; and
- Maintaining operational security and service reliability.
During monitoring, information may be scanned, examined, recorded, and used for legitimate administrative or legal purposes. By using the Services, you consent to such monitoring.
14.6. Unauthorized Network Connections
Connecting to any third-party network or system without the explicit written consent of that third party is prohibited. Accounts found establishing unauthorized connections may be suspended. AmazingRDP reserves the right to request documentation confirming authorization for any external system access.
14.7. Compromised Accounts
If your account is compromised or exhibits suspicious activity, AmazingRDP may disable or terminate it to prevent further harm. You are responsible for cleaning and securing your account before reactivation. Upon request, AmazingRDP may assist with account cleanup for an additional fee.
14.8. Data Center Migration
AmazingRDP reserves the right to migrate your account or data between data centers at any time, without prior notice, in order to comply with data center policies, applicable laws, technical requirements, or operational needs.
15. Billing, Payments, and Refund Policy
15.1. Account Activation and Payment Methods

15.2. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
AmazingRDP offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee applicable only to first-time customers purchasing eligible hosting services.
- Returning customers (those who previously held, canceled, and later reopened an account) are not eligible.
- Customers who open multiple accounts are also not eligible for additional refunds.

15.4. Platform Limitations and Technical Conditions
Each hosting platform has specific technical constraints:
- On OpenVZ VPS, a graphical user interface (GUI) is not supported, and kernel or BIOS modifications are not possible.
- On KVM Cloud instances, kernel upgrades are supported; however, BIOS configuration changes are restricted.
Refunds will not be issued due to these inherent platform limitations.
15.5. Free Domain Offer
Customers purchasing Shared Hosting Plans under the following tiers — Prime & Multi / W-Prime & W-Multi / Master & Expert — are eligible for one (1) free .COM domain with a new purchase for 1-year or 3-year terms.
- The domain name must be added to the cart at the time of purchase. Retroactive claims for the free domain are not permitted.
- The domain is free for the first year only; renewal charges apply from the second year onward.
If a hosting service with a free domain is canceled:
- The domain cost (as per the standard rate) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the refund amount is less than the domain cost, the customer must pay the difference or forfeit ownership of the domain.
- AmazingRDP retains ownership of the domain until all dues are cleared.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area.
Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days from the date the cancellation request is verified and approved.
16. Cancellation Process

If at any time you wish to discontinue your Services, you may submit a cancellation request through your client area. Prior to submitting the request, you must ensure that all outstanding dues and pending invoices are fully paid.
16.2. Types of Cancellation
You may choose one of the following cancellation options:
- Immediate Cancellation: Your hosting account or service will be terminated immediately upon confirmation of the request, and you will lose access to all associated data and services.
- End-of-Term Cancellation: Your account or service will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to your Services until that date, after which they will automatically expire and be terminated.
16.3. Data Backup and Deletion
It is solely your responsibility to back up all data associated with your account before submitting a cancellation request. Once the cancellation is processed, all data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or restored under any circumstances.
