To ensure customer satisfaction, AmazingRDP offers a 24-hour Money Back Guarantee applicable to clients who experience genuine issues or discrepancies with the services they have purchased.

If you encounter any service-related concerns, you are required to state the reason for the refund request. Upon receiving your request, our technical support team will investigate the issue, identify the root cause, and attempt to resolve the problem promptly.

If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within the scope of our service agreement, we will initiate a refund in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

Please note that transaction charges, setup fees, and any other non-recurring costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Our goal is to ensure a safe, transparent, and fair refund process while maintaining the integrity of our service operations.

Refund Policy - AmazingRDP

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

1. User Ignorance or Misuse

  • Requests based on a customer’s lack of understanding or improper usage of Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) services will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

2. Client-Side Technical Issues

  • Refunds will not be granted for issues arising due to technical limitations, hardware incompatibility, or software configuration errors at the customer’s end that prevent optimal use of the service.

3. Third-Party Software Issues

  • AmazingRDP is not responsible for malfunctions, corruption, or tampering of third-party software, tools, or bots. Customers must contact the respective software vendor for resolution. Refunds will not be issued for such issues.

4. Excluded Product Categories

  • The Refund Policy does not apply to the following service categories:

    • USA RDP / Admin Access plans

    • Residential RDP plans (due to the nature of the service and allocation of 100% clean, fresh IPs)

5. Invalid or Frivolous Claims

  • Refund requests based on invalid, vague, or unreasonable reasons will be rejected without exception.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • AmazingRDP strictly prohibits the use of its services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, brute-forcing, or mass mailing tools.

  • Any account found engaging in such activities will be immediately terminated without eligibility for refund.

Admin RDP Server Policy

1. 24/7 Support Availability
Our server management team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure the highest level of service and uptime. Customers may contact our support team at any time for assistance or issue resolution.

2. Usage Restrictions
The encoding or transcoding of videos is strictly prohibited on all Admin RDP servers. Engaging in such activity may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

3. Scheduled Maintenance
Periodic server maintenance may be performed to maintain optimal system performance and security. Such maintenance may involve temporary restarts or short service interruptions.

  • Refunds will not be issued for downtime or interruptions resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance.

4. Refund Exclusions

  • The Refund Policy does not apply to the USA RDP or Admin Access product categories.

  • Refunds will not be entertained once a dedicated server has been provisioned and delivered to the customer.

Important Notes

1. Violation of Terms of Service
No refund will be issued under any circumstances if a customer is found to have violated the Terms of Service (ToS) or engaged in any prohibited activities.

2. Acknowledgment of Terms
By completing a payment for any Server or RDP order, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

  • Payment processors such as PayPal, Fastspring, or any other authorized gateway will review and process refund requests strictly in accordance with AmazingRDP’s Refund Policy.

3. Agreement to Policy Before Purchase
If you do not agree with the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, or any related rules and restrictions, you are advised not to place an order for any Server or RDP service.

4. Refund Processing Deductions
All refunds processed via Fastspring or PayPal are subject to a processing fee of 2.5% of the transaction amount plus USD $2.14, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Payment Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through PayPal or any other gateway will result in the permanent restriction of your ability to make future payments via that method, as per Fastspring’s policy.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Customers are requested to allow this timeframe for processing before raising further inquiries.

Additional Notes

1. Non-Refundable Service Categories
The Refund Policy does not apply to the following service categories:

  • Private Plans

  • Botting Plans

  • Residential Plans

  • Dedicated Server Plans

Customers are advised to review the service specifications carefully prior to purchase, as refunds will not be granted for these plan types under any circumstances.

2. 24-Hour Refund Eligibility
AmazingRDP offers a 24-hour refund window for eligible plans. If the service does not meet your initial requirements, you may request a refund within this period, provided that your claim includes a valid and reasonable justification.

Refunds will not be approved for issues such as:

  • Minor performance complaints (e.g., streaming lag or temporary slowness), which can be resolved through technical support; or

  • Situations where an upgrade to a higher plan is a more suitable solution.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance in resolving performance-related issues before requesting a refund. Refunds submitted for the above reasons will not be entertained.
