Terms of usage – AmazingRDP.com
This Policy constitutes the complete and binding Terms of Service governing all transactions and interactions between you (“Customer”) and AmazingRDP.com (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Provider”). These Terms supersede any prior communications, representations, or oral agreements made by AmazingRDP.com or its employees.
If you have entered into any specific agreement or understanding with an authorized representative of AmazingRDP.com, such agreement will only be deemed valid and enforceable if documented in writing and duly acknowledged by the Company.
You are advised to read these Terms of Service carefully and in their entirety before subscribing to, purchasing, or using any of our services. By registering for, purchasing, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
General Definitions

“We,” “Us,” “Provider,” “Company,” or “AmazingRDP.com” refer to AmazingRDP, its subsidiaries, and authorized representatives.

“You,” “Your,” “Client,” “Customer,” or “Member” refer to any individual or entity that purchases, subscribes to, or utilizes services offered by AmazingRDP.com.
Banned Activities:
The following activities are strictly prohibited on all servers operated by AmazingRDP.com. Customers are not permitted to engage in, host, or execute any of the following actions without prior written authorization from the Company.
These restrictions exist to maintain network integrity, ensure service reliability, and prevent any unlawful, harmful, or resource-intensive operations that may adversely affect our infrastructure or other users.
Prohibited Uses Include (but are not limited to):

Running or hosting IRC Bots or similar automation tools.

Using cryptocurrency mining software, miners, or related mining pools.
-
Operating proxy servers or proxy websites of any kind.
-
Engaging in DDoS, DoS, brute-force attacks, or any network disruption tools.
-
Using email spamming software (e.g., AMS, TurboMailer, or similar tools).
-
Hosting or operating game servers on our network.
-
Participating in or facilitating hacking, cracking, carding, or penetration testing without authorization.
-
Utilizing or distributing mail bombers or mass-mailing scripts.
-
Running packet sniffers, IP spoofers, or port scanners.
-
Using Telnet or SSH access scripts to gain unauthorized access.
-
Hosting fake login pages or phishing websites.
-
Hosting any version of UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board) software.
-
Running streaming services or media relay servers without written approval.
-
Operating resource-intensive applications that consume more than 25% of the CPU or degrade overall system performance.
Spam Policy
Customers are strictly prohibited from using any AmazingRDP.com service for spamming, unsolicited emailing, or sending unauthorized bulk messages or requests of any kind.
In the event that such activity is detected, AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the customer’s account without prior notice, and no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, require the customer to provide verifiable proof of recipient consent (e.g., evidence that each recipient has expressly opted in to receive communications). Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in permanent account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities or network partners.
Resource Usage Policy
- Bandwidth Usage Policy
All servers and accounts provided by AmazingRDP.com include unmetered bandwidth in accordance with the specific plan selected by the Customer. While bandwidth is generally unmetered, Customers are expected to use this resource responsibly and within fair usage limits.
AmazingRDP.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, adjust, downgrade, upgrade, or otherwise modify bandwidth allocations if such usage is determined to adversely affect server stability, network performance, or the overall quality of service provided to other users.
- Memory and Resource Usage Policy
The Company continuously monitors CPU and RAM utilization across all servers to ensure optimal performance and network reliability. Under normal operating conditions, ideal memory usage should remain below 1% of total server resources allocated to a shared environment.
If a Customer’s account or service exhibits excessive or sustained high resource consumption that negatively impacts server performance or disrupts network operations, AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend, limit, or permanently terminate the affected service without prior notice.
Content Storage and Backup Policy
All data, files, and content stored on our servers by the Customer are maintained at the sole risk and responsibility of the Customer. AmazingRDP.com shall bear no liability whatsoever for the preservation, integrity, or recovery of such data.
It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to perform and maintain regular backups of all data stored on the server(s). The Company does not guarantee, provide, or assume responsibility for any form of backup unless expressly stated in writing as part of the subscribed service plan.
In the event of data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion, AmazingRDP.com shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting therefrom.
Account Set Up
Remote Desktop (RDP) accounts are generally provisioned within 1 to 24 hours following confirmation of payment. Delivery timelines may, however, vary based on server availability, technical constraints, or ongoing maintenance activities.
Customers are encouraged to confirm the estimated delivery timeframe with our Sales Team either prior to or immediately after placing an order. In the event that account provisioning is expected to exceed 24 hours, AmazingRDP.com will proactively notify the customer of the anticipated delay and provide an updated delivery schedule.
Account Security
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to create and maintain account credentials using strong, unique, and secure passwords. Customers must take all necessary precautions to safeguard their login information and are strictly prohibited from sharing their credentials with any third party.
In the event that any account is identified as being involved in unauthorized, illegal, or suspicious activity, AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to the affected account. This action is taken purely as a preventive and protective measure to safeguard the integrity of our network, other customers, and the Company’s infrastructure.
The Customer acknowledges that maintaining password confidentiality is their responsibility, and AmazingRDP.com shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misuse resulting from compromised credentials or unauthorized account access.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AmazingRDP.com, its affiliates, founders, officers, employees, and authorized agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
1. Your use of the Services,
2. Your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law, or
3. Your placement, transmission, or publication of any materials or content through or on AmazingRDP.com servers or network infrastructure.
Such liabilities shall include, but are not limited to, those resulting from:
a) Business-Related Claims, including but not limited to:

(i) Infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights;
-
(ii) Defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, or violations of privacy or publicity rights; or
-
(iii) Spamming or any other offensive, harassing, or unlawful conduct in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Anti-Spam Policy.
b) Damage to Property or Infrastructure, including any damage or destruction to AmazingRDP.com equipment, systems, or other customer accounts caused directly or indirectly by your actions, representatives, or designees.
c) Personal Injury or Property Damage arising from your use of the Services, except where such injury or damage results solely from AmazingRDP.com’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
d) Other Losses or Damages resulting from the operation of your equipment, software, or business activities while utilizing AmazingRDP.com services.
Privacy and Registration Compliance
The terms and conditions of AmazingRDP.com’s Privacy and Registration Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.
You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information at all times in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy and Registration Policy.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all services provided by AmazingRDP.com.
IP Address Allocation and Ownership
In the course of providing services, AmazingRDP.com may assign one or more Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to a customer.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that such IP addresses are and shall remain the sole property of AmazingRDP.com.
The Customer shall have no ownership or proprietary rights to any assigned IP address and agrees that AmazingRDP.com may, at its sole discretion, modify, reassign, or revoke any IP address or range of addresses at any time without prior notice.
Payments and Billing Policy
1. Fees and Charges
AmazingRDP.com applies specific service-related fees as outlined below. All such fees are subject to revision upon thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Not all fees apply to all accounts.

Service Fee: Charged monthly for the continued use of your subscribed services.

Gateway Transaction Fee: A 6% payment processing fee is applied to every invoice to accommodate multiple accepted payment methods.
2. Modification of Fees and Plans
AmazingRDP.com reserves the exclusive right to alter, amend, modify, introduce, or discontinue any fee, charge, or service plan at its sole discretion.
The Company may also introduce new services with corresponding fees as deemed appropriate.
Promotional or discounted pricing may be offered periodically. Such promotional rates are temporary and do not affect the terms or rates of any pre-existing agreements.
The Company further reserves the right to revise or increase standard service fees with thirty (30) days’ prior written or electronic notice to the Customer.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made through any of the following approved methods:
PayPal, Bitcoin, WebMoney, Payza, Perfect Money, Indian Net Banking, and Paytm.
4. Payment Obligations
Full payment is required in advance prior to the activation or renewal of any service.
Invoices are generated each billing period and are due within fourteen (14) days of issuance.
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that all payment information provided is accurate, current, and truthful.
All billing communications, including invoices and payment reminders, will be sent electronically via email. No physical invoices or postal correspondence will be issued.
Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in temporary suspension of services.
To reinstate services, the outstanding balance must be cleared in full, including any applicable reconnection or late payment fees.
5. Renewals
All services are set to auto-renew under the same billing cycle and rate structure unless the Customer provides written notice at least fourteen (14) days prior to the renewal date requesting cancellation or modification of the service term.
6. Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) days prior to the invoice due date.
If a cancellation request is not received and payment is not made by the due date, the service will automatically expire and all data on the associated server will be permanently deleted for privacy and security reasons.
Data may only be retained if a valid cancellation request has been received within the required timeframe.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are required to first contact the AmazingRDP.com Billing Department to attempt resolution of any billing-related issues prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment processor.
Once a dispute or chargeback is filed, the decision rendered by the relevant financial institution shall be final and binding.
AmazingRDP.com shall not be obligated to overturn, override, or contest such decisions.
At its discretion, AmazingRDP.com may place the Customer’s account on temporary suspension pending resolution of the dispute or chargeback. Continued non-resolution may result in permanent termination of the account.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AmazingRDP.com, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings,
-
loss, corruption, or deletion of data, files, databases, or website content,
-
loss of business opportunities, or
-
service interruptions, downtime, or inability to access services—
arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the use or inability to use AmazingRDP.com services, or any other claim related to the Customer’s use of the Company’s systems or network, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of AmazingRDP.com to any Customer for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant services during the preceding twelve (12) months.
Where applicable law does not permit exclusion or limitation of liability for certain categories of damages, AmazingRDP.com’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by such law.
Service Suspension and Termination
AmazingRDP.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to place a Customer account under temporary suspension in the event of any suspected or confirmed violation of these Terms of Service.
The duration and nature of the suspension shall depend on the severity and type of violation as determined by the Company.
If it is determined that a Customer has engaged in conduct constituting a serious or repeated violation, or any activity deemed unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the Company’s infrastructure or reputation, AmazingRDP.com may, without prior notice, permanently terminate the account.
In such cases, no prorated or full refund shall be issued, and all associated servers or accounts may be immediately and irreversibly deleted, including any data, files, or content stored therein.
Customers are strongly encouraged to adhere to these Terms of Service and to use AmazingRDP.com services responsibly.
Our goal is to maintain a secure, reliable, and cooperative environment for all customers.
Assignment of Rights
The Customer’s rights and obligations under this Agreement may not be transferred, assigned, or delegated to any third party without the prior written notice to and express written consent of AmazingRDP.com.
Any attempted assignment or transfer made without such prior approval shall be deemed null, void, and of no legal effect.
AmazingRDP.com, however, reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any successor entity, parent company, affiliate, or person or entity that becomes a principal owner, shareholder, or partner of AmazingRDP.com, without requiring prior consent from the Customer.
Amendments to Terms of Service
AmazingRDP.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time as deemed necessary or appropriate.
All such amendments or modifications shall be published on the official AmazingRDP.com website and shall become effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise stated.
Upon the effective date of such modifications, all prior versions of this Agreement shall be deemed superseded and void.
If a Customer does not agree to the revised Terms of Service, it shall be the Customer’s responsibility to terminate their subscription and discontinue the use of AmazingRDP.com services.
Failure to terminate the subscription within fifteen (15) days of the publication of the revised terms shall constitute the Customer’s binding acceptance of the amended Agreement and continued use of the services shall be deemed as unconditional consent to the updated Terms of Service.
Dedicated Server Terms of Service
All Dedicated Server Clients of AmazingRDP.com are hereby subject to the following Terms of Service, in addition to the general terms, policies, and conditions applicable to all customers of AmazingRDP.com.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Dedicated Server provided by AmazingRDP.com, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these specific terms, as well as the general Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Privacy Policy of the Company.
1. Indemnification Policy
AmazingRDP.com provides web hosting and related services to clients worldwide and maintains a responsibility to safeguard the integrity, reliability, and security of its network and all customers. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these standards and to act in a manner that does not compromise the Company’s operations or reputation.
You agree to use all AmazingRDP.com services and facilities at your own risk. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall AmazingRDP.com be liable for any loss, damage, or loss of data, or for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Company’s services, even if AmazingRDP.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AmazingRDP.com, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and customers from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

any service provided, performed, or agreed to be performed by the Customer, its agents, employees, or assigns;
-
any product sold, licensed, or distributed in connection with the use of AmazingRDP.com servers or services;
-
any injury to person or property resulting from such products or services; or
-
any content or material supplied by the Customer that infringes or is alleged to infringe upon the proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright infringement or distribution of defective or unauthorized materials.
AmazingRDP.com reserves the unrestricted right to intervene, remove, or suspend any hosted site, service, or content found to be in violation of this policy or otherwise deemed to pose a threat to the Company’s infrastructure, customers, or reputation.
The Company shall be the sole arbiter in determining what constitutes a violation of this Indemnification Policy.
2. Billing Policy
AmazingRDP.com offers multiple billing cycles — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual — depending on the plan selected by the Customer at the time of purchase.
For U.S.-based servers that include 30 TB of bandwidth, any usage exceeding the allocated limit will incur overage charges of USD $70 per additional terabyte (TB).
Overage charges are billed at the end of each month, and AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to suspend services upon reaching or exceeding the allocated bandwidth limit until additional payment is received.
All services are renewed automatically for successive billing periods unless the Customer notifies AmazingRDP.com in writing prior to the renewal date of their intent to cancel.
The Company periodically sends payment reminders via email according to the following schedule:

If the invoice remains unpaid after these reminders, the account will be blocked or suspended until full payment is received.
2.1 Fraud Verification Policy
To ensure payment security and prevent fraudulent transactions, AmazingRDP.com requires manual verification for all PayPal payments.
Important:
Select “No Physical Delivery Required” when sending payment.
Only verified PayPal accounts are accepted.
The billing details (including name and email) provided during order placement must exactly match those of the PayPal account holder.
If a mismatch is detected, the Customer must submit the following within 24 hours of payment:

A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID) of the PayPal account holder, and
-
The order or invoice details, sent via email to sales@amazingrdp.com or attached to a support ticket through the Client Area.
Failure to submit the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in automatic order cancellation and refund of payment.
Note: AmazingRDP.com does not store or retain any identification documents. All verification files are securely deleted immediately after order validation.
2.2 Late Payments and Service Termination
All accounts are billed based on their original activation date. Invoices are generated 14 days prior to the due date.

If payment is not received by the due date, the account may be suspended at any time thereafter.

If payment remains outstanding for more than 24 hours after the due date, the account will be terminated permanently, and all associated data will be deleted.

Once terminated, the server space may be reassigned to another customer.
If payment is made after the due date, a Late Payment Fee will be applied.
Should an account or order be terminated or cancelled, the Customer will be required to submit a new order to reinstate services.
3. Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)
All services provided by AmazingRDP.com must be used strictly for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Government of India.
Any use of our network or systems for the transmission, storage, or distribution of illegal, abusive, or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Material protected by copyright, trademark, or trade secret laws;
-
Content deemed obscene, threatening, defamatory, or harassing;
-
Any material that may violate the rights of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property of third parties.
The Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AmazingRDP.com, its officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from the Subscriber’s use or misuse of services, whether such claims are made by the Subscriber or by any third party.
Our Acceptable Usage Policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or accounts may be suspended or terminated immediately upon discovery, without prior notice. Whenever possible, the Customer will be notified regarding the reason and nature of such action.
3.1 Service Continuity and Limitation of Liability
The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by AmazingRDP.com may be interrupted, suspended, or degraded for reasons beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, maintenance, or unforeseen events.
The Subscriber further acknowledges that calculating damages from such interruptions is inherently difficult; therefore, AmazingRDP.com shall not be liable for any damages arising from causes outside its direct and exclusive control.
In all cases, the Company’s liability for its own negligence shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid by the Subscriber for the period during which the damages occurred.
Under no circumstances shall AmazingRDP.com be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits.
3.2 Prohibited and Illegal Activities
Customers are expressly forbidden from engaging in any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted software or media;
-
Fraudulent, harassing, or abusive conduct;
-
Trafficking, possession, or distribution of obscene or prohibited materials;
-
Engaging in or promoting hacking, cracking, or warez-related activities;
-
Hosting or facilitating IRC (Internet Relay Chat) networks or bots;
-
Hosting or distributing unauthorized software, audio, or video content unless the Customer is the legal author or copyright holder, or has written authorization to distribute such materials.
Accounts found in violation of this Acceptable Usage Policy may be immediately suspended or terminated without refund.
AmazingRDP.com reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy and to take corrective action as deemed appropriate to protect its network, infrastructure, and customers.
4. Violations of the Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)
The following activities constitute direct violations of the AmazingRDP.com Acceptable Usage Policy and are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund, and, where applicable, notification to law enforcement authorities.
4.1 Illegal Use
Activities deemed illegal under applicable Indian, state, local, or international laws are expressly forbidden. These include, but are not limited to:

Using any AmazingRDP.com service in a manner that violates Indian, state, local, or international law;
-
Transmitting, reproducing, or distributing copyrighted material without authorization from the rightful copyright holder;
-
Violating export control or trade compliance regulations;
-
Hosting or distributing copyrighted media (e.g., movies, music, software) without proper authorization;
-
Using services for file storage, image hosting, repositories, streaming, or backup solutions not explicitly authorized under the subscribed plan;
-
Hosting, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), kidnapping content, or any material exploiting minors.
4.2 Malicious Activity
Malicious or disruptive behavior that interferes with the integrity, stability, or security of AmazingRDP.com’s systems or the Internet at large is prohibited. Such activities include, but are not limited to:

Intentionally disrupting or interfering with normal service operations;
-
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or networks;
-
Hosting or distributing phishing content or deceptive materials designed to mislead users;
-
Running password-cracking tools, root exploit kits, or network intrusion software;
-
Uploading or distributing viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, or other malicious code;
-
Forging or falsifying message headers, routing information, or other identifying data;
-
Performing network scans, port scans, or security probing;
-
Making threats of physical harm or property destruction;
-
Violating the privacy, publicity, or personal rights of any individual or organization.
4.3 Promotion of Illicit Activity
Customers may not use AmazingRDP.com services to promote, facilitate, or distribute illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to:

Engaging in or assisting activities prohibited under Indian, state, local, or international law;
-
Creating, spreading, or distributing computer viruses, malware, or other harmful software;
-
Publishing or trafficking in trade secrets or other confidential information without authorization;
-
Engaging in fraud, impersonation, phishing, or pyramid schemes;
-
Publishing or disseminating terrorist propaganda, hate speech, racist content, or instructions for creating weapons or explosives;
-
Hosting or distributing hacking or cracking utilities, key generators, or unauthorized software license bypass tools;
-
Conducting or promoting illegal gambling or betting services;
-
Circumventing copyright, patent, or digital rights management (DRM) protections.
4.4 Unsolicited Bulk Electronic Mail (UBE)
The transmission of unsolicited commercial or bulk email is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Sending unsolicited marketing, advertising, or promotional emails to recipients who have not expressly opted in;
-
Transmitting any bulk electronic communications in violation of applicable spam control laws;
-
Using AmazingRDP.com servers, email addresses, or networks to relay, host, or route Unsolicited Bulk Electronic Mail;
-
Failing to comply with all applicable Indian, state, local, and international laws governing commercial email transmissions.
Subscribers may send bulk electronic communications only to recipients who have explicitly consented (opted in) to receive such mail.
4.5 Spamming and Related Activities
The following spamming-related actions are also prohibited:

Posting commercial, political, or advertising content to public forums, message boards, or newsgroups in violation of their policies;
-
Issuing unsolicited trackbacks, pingbacks, or referral links for promotional purposes;
-
Providing DNS or domain resolution services in support of unsolicited bulk emailing activities;
-
Hosting or promoting websites linked from spam or bulk email campaigns.
Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of all services associated with the offending account, without prior notice or refund.
4.6 Abuse
Any action that compromises server performance, network stability, or the experience of other customers is strictly prohibited. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

Consistent or excessive consumption of shared resources to the detriment of other subscribers;
-
Operating or participating in open proxy servers, proxy chains, or proxy networks;
-
Hosting or running IRC (Internet Relay Chat) or associated programs;
-
Executing scripts or applications commonly used for attacks, flooding, or abuse;
-
Hosting, transmitting, or promoting threatening, harassing, or obscene content;
-
Operating unauthenticated or open proxies (including open web or mail proxies, or anonymous proxy services).
4.7 Insufficiently Secure Administration
Customers must maintain appropriate levels of account and server security. Failure to implement basic security measures constitutes a violation of this policy. Examples include, but are not limited to:

Using weak or easily guessable passwords, such as dictionary words or null passwords, for user or root-level access;

Allowing any unauthorized third party to gain root-level or administrative access to the Service;
-
Allowing any unauthorized third party to gain user-level access to the Service;
-
Operating an open mail relay, which allows unauthorized email transmissions through the Customer’s service.
Customers are responsible for implementing secure authentication practices and restricting unauthorized access to all systems under their control.
4.8 Miscellaneous Prohibited Activities
Customers are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on any AmazingRDP.com server or network:

Operating or hosting IRC servers or similar chat systems;
-
Launching or participating in Denial-of-Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks;
-
Performing unnecessary or automated port scans;
-
Engaging in mail bombing or mass unsolicited messaging;
-
Generating excessive CPU load or otherwise abusing shared server resources.
The following resource usage restrictions also apply to all shared hosting and RDP environments:
-
Do not use 25% or more of system resources (CPU, memory, disk I/O) for longer than 90 consecutive seconds.
Common causes include unoptimized scripts, excessive PHP or CGI requests, or heavy file transfers. -
Do not run stand-alone, unattended, or daemon-based processes, including IRC daemons (IRCd).
-
Do not run web spiders, crawlers, or indexers (e.g., Google Cash, AdSpy) on shared servers.
-
Do not run any BitTorrent clients, trackers, or file-sharing applications. You may link to legal torrents hosted externally, but you may not store or distribute torrent files on our servers.
-
Do not engage in file-sharing or peer-to-peer (P2P) activities.
-
Do not host or operate gaming servers (e.g., Counter-Strike, Half-Life, Battlefield, etc.).
-
Do not configure cron jobs with intervals of less than 15 minutes.
-
Do not execute MySQL queries longer than 15 seconds, and ensure proper indexing of database tables.
-
When using PHP
include()or similar functions, always include local files rather than URLs (e.g., useinclude("include.php")instead ofinclude("https://yourdomain.com/include.php")). -
Use the HTTPS protocol only when necessary, as encryption/decryption consumes higher CPU resources.
-
Do not use shared accounts as backup or storage repositories, except for maintaining a single cPanel backup of the same account.
-
Do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted music, movies, software, or games without legal authorization.
AmazingRDP.com performs regular audits to identify and remove copyright-infringing, warez, or pirated materials from its servers.
Any account found hosting or distributing such content will be suspended or terminated without notice or refund.
4.9 Security Responsibility
Each Customer is solely responsible for the security of scripts, software, and directories installed under their account, regardless of installation method.
Customers must ensure that file permissions are appropriately configured (recommended: 755 for directories) and that secure passwords are used.
If a weak password or insecure configuration is detected, AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to:

Temporarily suspend the account until the issue is corrected;
-
Conduct periodic security audits to identify vulnerabilities;
-
Require the Customer to update or strengthen passwords within a specified timeframe.
Failure to comply with security standards may result in service suspension or termination to protect network integrity.
4.9 Banned Scripts and Programs
The following scripts, applications, and programs are strictly prohibited on all AmazingRDP.com servers. These restrictions exist to maintain network stability, prevent abuse, and protect against exploitation by malicious users, spammers, or hackers.
Customers are not permitted to upload, install, or execute any of the following under any circumstances:

IRC eggdrops, scripts, or bots

Game servers or related software on any RDP plan
-
Proxy servers, anonymizers, or proxy scripts

Mail bombers or bulk mailers (e.g., Hivemail, Mailer Pro)

IP or port spoofers, network scanners, or similar utilities

Telnet or SSH access scripts
-
nph-proxyand other proxy-based CGI scripts -
Ultimate Bulletin Board (UBB) software, all versions

lstmrge.cgior similar merge utilities -
PHP/CGI shells or hacking tools

Pirated or “warez” software and related repositories

Image hosting scripts (e.g., similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)

Spam or bulk email scripts

Commercial banner-ad rotation or ad exchange services
-
File dump/mirror scripts (e.g., RapidShare-type clones)

Commercial or high-bandwidth audio streaming (more than two concurrent streams)

Escrow, high-yield interest (HYIP), or investment programs
-
Forex, e-gold, Second Life/Linden, Ponzi, MLM, or pyramid schemes
-
Sale or promotion of controlled substances without valid licenses or permits
-
“Prime bank” investment programs or fraudulent financial schemes

Lottery, betting, or gambling sites
-
MUDs, RPGs, or PBBG gaming environments
-
Hacking-related sites, archives, or programs
-
Websites promoting or facilitating illegal activity
-
Phishing, escrow-fraud, or scam websites (including those listed on aa419.org or escrow-fraud.com)

Broadcasts or streams of copyrighted sporting or entertainment events (e.g., UFC, FIFA, NFL, WWE, etc.)
-
Any content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors
-
Any system, service, or script used for unsolicited or junk email distribution
Violation of this clause will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
4.10 Torrent Activities
AmazingRDP.com strictly prohibits the use of its network for any torrent-related activity involving public trackers, including but not limited to leeching, downloading, or seeding.
Customers engaging in torrent activity using public trackers do so at their own risk and shall be solely responsible for any resulting legal or network consequences.
Upon receipt of a verified complaint or abuse report related to torrent usage, the Customer’s account will be immediately suspended, and may be terminated permanently without refund.
4.11 Specialized Hosting
Certain specialized hosting plans are designed for specific, approved scripts only. Customers must adhere to the following restrictions for each hosting type:

RapidLeech Hosting: Only the official RapidLeech script may be used.
-
sBorg Hosting: Only the sBorg script may be used.
-
TFRL Hosting: Only TorrentFlux-B4rt and RapidLeech scripts are allowed.
-
Seedbox Hosting: Only ruTorrent, Transmission, and RapidLeech are permitted.
Any attempt to install or run unapproved or equivalent scripts will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without prior notice or refund.
4.12 DDoS and Attack Prevention Policy
AmazingRDP.com services do not include built-in protection against DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) or other forms of network attacks. Customers are responsible for implementing appropriate security hardening on their VPS or server to mitigate such risks.
Incoming Attacks
In the event that a Customer’s VPS or server is targeted by an incoming attack, the following escalation policy applies:
1. First Incident: The affected IP address will be null-routed for a minimum of 24 hours, after which it may be reactivated if the attack subsides.
2. Second Incident: The IP address may be null-routed for a minimum of 72 hours, subject to review and reactivation once the attack stops.
3. Third and Final Incident: If attacks persist, AmazingRDP.com may terminate the VPS/server, allowing limited access for data backup. The Company reserves the right to permanently close the Customer’s account and deny future services in cases of recurrent targeting or network risk.
Outgoing Attacks
Outbound attacks originating from a Customer’s VPS or server—including DDoS, port scanning, hacking, or cracking activities—are strictly prohibited.
If such activity is detected, the service will be immediately suspended, and may be permanently terminated based on the severity of the violation.
Repeated or intentional violations may result in account closure and permanent denial of service.
5. Service Suspension and Reactivation
AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any customer account that engages in activities deemed abusive, in violation of the Terms of Service (ToS) or Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP), or detrimental to server or network stability.
Any customer found abusing server resources or violating policy terms will be immediately suspended. A Service Reactivation Fee ranging from USD $2 to $5 may be charged, depending on the nature of the abuse and the customer’s prior suspension history.
Service reactivation will occur only after full payment of the applicable reactivation fee.
AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to decline reactivation requests either before or after payment if, in its sole discretion, reactivation may compromise network integrity or other customers’ performance.
Repeated violations or multiple suspensions may result in permanent account termination without notice or refund.
6. Abusive Clients
AmazingRDP.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or harassing behavior directed at its staff, representatives, or affiliates.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer account exhibiting such conduct.
Examples of abusive behavior include, but are not limited to:

Verbal abuse, including yelling, threats, profanity, or harassment
-
Persistent disregard for official warnings or notices
-
Repeated mistakes, misuse, or change requests creating unnecessary workload
-
Spamming Company email addresses, ticket systems, or communication channels
-
Continuous involvement in DDoS, hacking, or non-compliant activities
-
Chronic late payments or delayed responses
-
Initiating chargebacks, bounced payments, or unauthorized payment disputes
-
Activating or supporting problematic end-users
-
Engaging in activity that impacts the performance of other clients’ services
-
Opening payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting our Billing/Support team
-
Cancelling and reordering services to exploit promotional pricing or discounts
Such actions may result in immediate termination of services without refund and possible denial of future access to AmazingRDP.com offerings.
7. Backups and Data Loss
Use of AmazingRDP.com services is at the Customer’s sole risk. The Company does not provide or maintain backup services unless expressly stated in writing as part of a paid service plan.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of all data, files, and configurations stored on AmazingRDP.com servers.
The Company assumes no liability for loss, corruption, or deletion of data, regardless of cause, including but not limited to hardware failure, software malfunction, account termination, or administrative action.
By using AmazingRDP.com services, you agree to accept full responsibility for your data and to perform regular, independent backups to prevent potential loss.
AmazingRDP.com shall not be held liable for any form of data loss under any circumstance.
8. Price Change
The price paid at the time of purchase shall remain valid for the current billing cycle.
However, AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to adjust pricing, increase or decrease plan resources, or revise product structures for future billing periods without prior notice.
Any price modification will apply only to subsequent billing cycles and shall not affect the existing term for which payment has already been made.
9. Limitation of Liability
AmazingRDP.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Server downtime or unavailability;
-
Corruption or deletion of files, websites, databases, or email data;
-
Business interruption or loss of profits arising from use or inability to use Company services.
All claims are strictly limited to the termination of service and shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for services rendered during the relevant billing period.
This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, including negligence, breach of contract, or tort liability.
10. Disclaimer
AmazingRDP.com shall not be held responsible for system downtime, crashes, data loss, or loss of potential revenue arising from service interruptions.
Projected or anticipated profits that a customer may have earned had their site remained operational shall not be grounds for any claim or compensation.
Certain services offered by AmazingRDP.com may be resold or sourced through third-party providers, and as such, the Company does not guarantee performance, continuity, or support for systems, software, or hardware not directly owned or managed by AmazingRDP.com.
The Company further disclaims liability for any misuse or illegal activity conducted through customer accounts.
Violation of any terms or conditions may result in automatic deactivation or termination of the offending account without notice or refund.
AmazingRDP.com reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any portion of this Terms of Service, its Policies, Guidelines, or Disclaimer at any time and without prior notice.
By purchasing, registering for, or using any service from AmazingRDP.com, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by this Terms of Service (ToS) in full.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not purchase or use our services, or if already subscribed, you must cancel your account immediately.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
